  1. Same issue. Failure trying to install the same version on MacOS 12.3. Look forward to a fix!
  2. Thanks. The 4.x version does work. Seems that the top level link to the MacOS version should be updated... Appreciate the help!
  3. Thanks. The 4.x version does work. Suppose you already know that the top level link takes users to the 3.x download page - seems like you should update this. Appreciate the help!
  4. iCue on MacOS doesn't recognize my new K70 TKL. I checked for firmware upgrades on a PC using the Windows version of iCue, and none are available. Am I correct that this keyboard is not currently compatible with Mac iCue? Is there info on whether or not support is forthcoming? Thanks.
  5. The Oculus Rift headset uses a single (4 meter) cable which is combined HDMI and USB. The cable splits into USB and HDMI for the last foot or so. I'd have to swap the entire cable out. Thing is that everything works fine when the headset is in use. The issue is that it regularly connects and disconnects when it isn't in use. Two MSI updates (7B43v13and 7B43v14) describe USB fixes. One update is specific to mice compatibility, the other just says "Improve USB compatibility". These were released in March and May of last year. I'm planning to update this weekend.
  6. I haven't tried plugging the Oculus Rift into a rear port. I just plug both the HDMI and USB into the front port. When plugged in this way, the front USB frequently disconnects and re-connects - what I mean here is that Windows generates the "device connected" and "device disconnected" tones as the connection comes and goes. My monitor isn't a g-sync display. It's an ASUS 32" ProArt. This one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F6D1ITM
  7. USB - I have an Oculus Rift headset whose USB is constantly connecting and disconnecting from the front port when idle. No issues when in use. I have a couple of other USB devices (e.g., a Garmin GPS that's occasionally connected) which do the same. Sleep - Sometimes the One just doesn't go to sleep. Happens fairly regularly. Have investigated and adjusted all sleep-related BIOS and Windows settings since acquiring the machine. I'm no stranger to either BIOS sleep or Windows sleep settings and it doesn't seem settings related because it's a spurious behavior.
  8. Can you please provide a change list for the posted BIOS so that I can make an informed decision? I have recurring USB and sleep issues. I also have unpatched microcode that has none of the Spectre and Meltdown mitigations that MSI started rolling out in March of last year. I would seriously appreciate it if you answered my specific question about a changelist and also considered a less defensive response to my customer feedback about updates.
  9. Hello. It looks like a new BIOS for the i7-8700K generation showed up on firmware downloads sometime after 3/25/2019. It's version 2CA and the full filename is E7B43IZ1.2CA. As of today, the MSI LiveUpdate utility is not picking it up as a BIOS update. The download package is just the BIOS file - no changelist, no installation instructions. Is a changelist available? The motherboard in this machine is an MSI 7B43. MSI has updated the firmware for that board 5 times since I purchased the Corsair One. There have been no updates from Corsair until now. Perhaps the best answer to this question would be to tell us which of the multiple MSI updates this Corsair update is based on. Those updates are listed here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z370I-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC Aside: I was, and still am, thrilled with the One form factor and features. The lack of updates is awful, though. I actively recommend colleagues and friends away from it specifically because of this. If Corsair addresses this, you will have the unconditionally best small-form factor / high performance PC on the market. I hope you.
  10. I keep a pack of these around for this sort of thing: https://www.amazon.com/LightDims-Black-Out-Electronics-Appliances/dp/B009WSN8PK/ref=sr_1_1?m=A15TW3PLCYIFNC&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1520453422&sr=1-1
