  1. I'll clearly have to test it for another few days. I left the button response optimization because I can't read. :P
  2. Status report, one day later, with the 4.x driver and the 2.x firmware. It's definitely a big improvement, but there have been a couple of involuntary double clicks on my mouse today.
  3. This was some seriously bad timing for me. I just ordered a mouse of anOther brand, which I shall nOt name, last week. The double clicking was getting so bad on my mouse I started worrying I'd end up clicking on things I didn't intend and buy stuff I didn't know I was buying. I'll try this new firmware and 4.x software out until I get it, because I really love everything else about this little Corsair mouse.
  4. ...aaaand it's back! So, there seem to be an issue that is triggered by a bug somewhere in the drivers or firmware. Could it be related to the driver installing multiple instances of the mouse? I mean, it sounds plausible that the double click is simply the driver registering the click more than once from virtual devices...
  5. I had the same issue for a couple months, it didn't matter what advice I tried it wouldn't go away. Here's an interesting change: I upgraded my computer so I had to reinstall it completely (obviously) and now the double click issue is cured. o.O This definitely seems to be a software issue at some level. My old motherboard/processor was a H87M-E with an Intel Core i5-4440, my new is an x570 with an AMD Ryzen 5 3600.
  6. Blowing high pressure air into the left button doesn't seem to do anything for me. Maybe a bit fewer accidental double clicks, but that could be a placebo.
  7. I've tried all the "tricks" too, and nothing changes. I really like my wireless Harpoon, but this is a definite deal breaker for obvious reasons. >.<
  8. I am getting the same error at shutdown or reboot: I am using iCue version 3.21.88 (latest). Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362 (fully updated) I have a Corsair Harpoon RGB Wireless, connected with the wireless dongle. I have tried moving the dongle to various USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, front and rear. I have uninstalled iCue, rebooted and reinstalled it. It has been doing permanently since the day I first installed the mouse/iCue. The mouse works fine when using it.
