  1. You can switch drivers using Device Manager. Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Right click Corsair VOID > Update Drivers > Browse >Let me plck... > USB Audio device.
  2. Try changing the high DPI settings for iCUE under Compatibility. iCUE.exe > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings.
  3. @Coolmatter and Felipe669 It will be best to submit a ticket to Corsair requesting instructions for a 'hard reset' with the ISP file to update the firmware to 3.21 as well as any other concerns you may have with the keyboard. https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/support
  4. Delete the existing file "firmware.bin" and then copy "Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.bin" to the CRP_DISABLED. Once you have done that, unplug the keyboard and plug it back in.
  5. Are you able to get CRP_DISABLED showing in Windows Explorer? I've attached some screenshots that may help for step 5.
  6. You can access CRP_DISABLED like a USB drive, You would delete the firmware.bin file from it and copy the file attached to it.
  7. Perform these steps, this should resolve the issue.
  8. 1. Download the attached file 2. Unplug the keyboard 3. Locate the pinhole under the right leg. 4. Plug the keyboard in while pressing the pinhole button. 5. Copy the .bin file to CRP_DISABLED. 6. Unplug and replug the keyboard. Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.zip
  9. It won't work. Uninstall iCUE and install the previous version of LINK. Are you able to control the fan speed for all 6 fans?

  11. If you do re install CUE, Open Device Manager and make sure there are no errors listed for the headset. You can also put in a support ticket with Corsair for assistance as well. https://support.corsair.com/
