Hello, i just bought a lenovo y740 17". Windows update has instaled everything drivers etc. I instaled Icue and after a few days Lenovo Vantage requested to install a keyboard update and during the instalation it failled and the keyboard was all black.
I reinstalled the windows (all clean with license) but the keyboard didn t started... I tried to reinstall the driver, the icue and nothing, even the caps lock and num lock leds didn t work.
To mention that the power button is showing light only when the laptop is in sleep mode and it show the exact colours that i set before the failed instalation of the driver, soo it's not "broken", i guess is just a software issue. Icue can t recognize the keyboard.
How can i fix this problem? Thank you very much.
