  1. Any instructions on the correct update procedure? @vett93, maybe you can describe how you succesfully updated the bios (tool, steps)? Was the person who bricked their computer with the bios update helped by Corsair support? I'm on the original C1.28 bios (03/13/2021) - anything worthwhile updating for in 1.40 (any relevant improvements, related to memory, for upgrading to 2x32 of 3600 vengeance lpx memory, or will that work fine with the 1.28 bios)? Document describing what was updated inside that firmware zip file would be nice btw.
  2. Hello, It looks like the memory on my i160 is failing. I have an a200 and am wondering about the following Can I install the memory of the A200 (2x16 Vengeance LPX 3200 / CM4S16GL3200K18K2) in the i160 (which currently has 2x16 Vengeance LPX 2666) And then upgrade the memory of the A200 to 2x32 GB LPX Vengeance with with 3200 / CMK64GX4M2E3200C16... with 3600 / CMK64GX4M2D3600C18... (or does this run the risk of stability issues / problems)? other memory modules 2 x 32 ? Thanks for any insights!
  3. I'd be curious for that as well, had an issue with that a while back (rattling, but still working), being discussed in here: One person in there mentioned "a failed pump can be replaced with an equivalent one from the off self Corsair AIOs with a bit of disassembly to get to the roll pins securing the pipes to the pump ports.". If you do get it to work, it'd be really nice if you report your findings back here, so other customers can also benefit from this.
  4. Could be the fan of the watercooling system. I had that on the GPU side. Corsair couldn't replace the part, and suggested a an RMA on the machine, but they were very poor at communicating ( I needed to pay the full amount, and would get it back, they didn't know what the replacement would be, they didn't know from where it would be shipped (depending on that I could end up with 1000 euro in taxes for replacing a part which I assume costs 100-150 euro). They simply stopped communication at that point. The community provided some helpful ideas here:
  5. No reaction yet. For comparison I had one of the faulty Samsung evo drives. After requesting an RMA they reacted within 2 hours with a few more questions which I answered. I had an RMA form and shipping data the day after. The day after that DHL was standing in front of my door to pick up the device and 5 days later I had the new one in mailbox (produced in januari 2023). Kind of disappointing that with 24/7 service on a 4000 euro machine, Corsair didn't manage to react within 5(!) days.
  6. Started an RMA for the failed drive on sunday (ticket 2006030544) - still within the 2 years warranty period. I understand Corsair has 24/7 support ( https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Systems/CORSAIR-ONE/CORSAIR-ONE-Compact-Gaming-PC/p/CS-9020031-PE, quote "Get help with your CORSAIR ONE when you need it, with CORSAIR's comprehensive two-year warranty and lifetime world-class customer support, available to you 24-7 by phone or online."). No replies yet, any estimates on how long Corsair takes to reply to RMA's?
  7. Okay, figured out what mainboard it is and noticed the m2 slot is near the cpu. Opened the A200 on the left side, and you can simply reach the m2 slot, unscrew the 2 screws, push it in at a slight angle and screw it back. 5 minute job ( was afraid I'd have to disassemble the graphics card like apparently is needed for the i16x series.
  8. I have the exact same issue, bluescreen with A200 with mp600 nvme, bluescreen on "WHEA uncorrectable error". Trying to figure out how to gain physical access to the drive in this post:
  9. Hello, Today my A200 stopped booting, the C-drive nvme is not visible in the bios (only the D-drive SSD is visible). Obviously it won't boot without the O/S, so I guess the nvme broke (suddenly and without any warning) and needs to be replaced. From the specs, it's a 1TB force mp-600 80mm nvme drive with pci express 4.0, so a Samsung 980 or 990 nvme should do fine. I found a replacement guide for the i165 on youtube - I'd like to know how similar the hardware, to gain access to the nvme drive. Any ideas anyone? Does corsair (or anyone else) have a step-by-step guide on how to do it for the A200? I only found an official page starting at the point to unscrew the nvme drive, which is quite useless without some information on what side to open (gpu like with the i165 or maybe cpu for the a200?) what parts to unscrew / move to gain access. I'm sure I can do it, but I'd like some pointers so I know what to expect and look for, before I dive in. This is the 2nd time I run into an issue with a C1 (i165 previously) and it'd make me feel better for future purchases to know that corsair support has my back Thanks in advance!
  10. As an update, support contacted me explaining it's not possible to replace the pump, and instead suggesting to RMA the entire unit. I'd have to ship it back and they'd ship me a replacement, but I'd have to pay import/taxes myself, so assuming they ship from outside EU that'd probably be 1000 euro (ouch). From one side it's nice they are offering a solution but this is not peanuts and I'm a bit nervous to RMA such an expensive machine. Anyone have any experience with how good Corsair is on RMA's - especially handling times, but also what they do if they don't have a specific model in stock - since I kind of doubt they still have i160's just lying around? Anyone else in this situation of a failing AIO and if so, how did you solve it?
  11. Hello, In the meanwhile I contact Corsair support (request 2005320609) and sent a few mails back and forth. It was suggested to open the machine to rule out that it's not some cable hitting a fan. The machine has the cables running as original (nice & neat) so definitely not a cable hitting a fan. I also tried the suggestion of gently tilting it back and forth a few times, and while I could hear some bubbles, it did not resolve the issue. Recording another video with the machine open, I also think it's the GPU AIO pump (the other fans weren't even running, so they can't cause the noise) and it's also clearly loudest near the AIO. I just replied to support showing this video, so I hope they can send me a replacement AIO unit soon. The machine is great but that rattling noise is very unpleasant.
  12. By any chance, did it sound like this? You mention the "left led blinks red"? What exactly do you mean with that - the left strip going from top to bottom visible from the outside on the front?
  13. Hello, My machine is making this rattling noise. It is softer on the left (gpu-side afaik) and appears to originate from the right (cpu-side I think) - or maybe from the back. I don't think its either of the water-loop (the system isn't overheating or rebooting at least - which I suspect would happen if it was one of those loops), nor is it the (huge) fan at the top. Does anyone recognize this / what part is causing this? Or how to narrow it down? I opened the "wings", but there's nothing looking obviously wrong with any fan... Could this be one in the power supply? Or is it hidden behind something else? Thanks in advance for any insights!
  14. Thanks for the reply, I didn't mention any stability issues, I just wasn't sure how to interpret the numbers. The link posted by Azureblood explains quite nicely what is displayed (thanks for posting that).
