  1. If you guys cared about the community you wouldn't be EOL'ing total support for your products when all you need to do is maintain existing settings for older hardware. You've already ended fireware updates for most of these products anyway. You mean to tell me your software devs can't port over existing settings? No, we know you can, you just need a reason to force hardware sales. And even if it was your plan to carry over support for said products, you NEVER should have deployed the software without this in place and ready to go. You are not and NEVER will be Apple, so you don't get to take the Apple approach in completely removing hardware detection for older hardware. We aren't asking for new features for old hardware only that you carry over stuff that is easy to maintain. I upgraded from 3 to 4 to find out my mouse is no longer supported and that several other members of my team dont have devices that work now. This has forced us to do uninstall/reinstalls on several machines. I've also had two customers already cancel/re-order pre-builts after I informed them that the hardware bundle we provide are now EOL. They no longer want the corsair products in fear of lack in support at any given time you decide to change things for the sake of greed. No worries my shop will sell off the existing corsair product inventory and never do business with you again. We'll keep a corsair link to a blank page on our site but with a nice little disclaimer about your business practices and how our team recommends to stay away from said products. I also wonder popular tech outlets like GNexus will think about this. Let's see if we can get them to do another video about another company ripping off customers and what the impact would be. They love doing those.
  2. another colossal failure from your devs. constant crashes, freezes, bugs. I really want to know if Corsair out sources their software development to 3rd world countries (because thats the level of coding quality we are getting), if they refuse to pay decent salaries thus can only afford entry level devs straight out of some garbage bootcamp, or blew all their money on one dev but then couldn't afford a QA team.
  3. holy hot garbage batman! This version has completely messed up my fans on my commander pro. My fans keep showing up and disappearing. I've tried forced fireware updates, reinstalling the software, etc. Man i miss SIV Any have a "non-garbage" of iCUE?
