  1. Last day and it's still randomly cutting out..
  2. This is my second K60 Pro TKL from exchanging the first under a 30 day warranty. From device manager "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" It will randomly die and require physically removing the USB plug from the port and reconnecting it to work again. My first did this and before I exchanged it the randomness became more frequent. Same thing is happening with this one. I've had my K65 RGB Mini plugged into the same port and this never happened. Neither with any other keyboards I plug into my MB or that particular port. Firmware is v 1.3.19
  3. Hi there! Just switched from an APEX TKL to the Corsair K65 Mini. I love the short travel keystrokes, even having the ability to change actuation point on the TKL is very nice the 4mm key travel is, to me, not gaming oriented and feels too long. I normally bottom out on key strokes. So I've been using this beautiful new keyboard for less than an hour already and went to download the software to change the default polling rate. From what I heard it's 1000, correct me if I am wrong. But the software is ? 700 some mb? wow. So is there any way to change the polling rate without the software being installed? Or can I uninstall the software after changing it to 8k or will it revert back to 1k? Thanks
  4. I think I tried what you recommended. I re-opened the same ticket that I did before over this issue and told them what you said. I hope some other solution will fix it.
  5. The solution that I got from support said to unplug the keyboard, hold the ESC key down while plugging in the keyboard & hold for 10 seconds, then release. That should fix the issue. I came here to actually post that my K70 Rapid fire is having this issue every other day, literally. It's so ****ing annoying that I'm about done putting up with it.
