Support form keeps asking for shipping information

It is not. I've tried on my phone as well. Same result.... -
I log in, but when i try to go to support it asks me for shipping info even if its filled out correctly. So frustrating it took me weeks to find an alternate avenue of support FOR the support portal. Corsair support has gone down the drain.
