  1. I understand, but this is how I installed the old *firmware* ... the old firmware seems to come bundled with the old version of iCue. So you install the old version of iCue, then, using it, force install firmware and it will install the old version of the firmware. I guess you could then install the latest iCue, but really I don't think there is any real difference and it's probably good to install a iCue / firmware pair that were designed for each other. From searching on the web it does seem that the problem is with the firmware.
  2. https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/Other-DRIVERS-TOOLS/Others/Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-Software-3-21-88.shtml The installer is signed by Corsair, so its fine to run it. Then force update both firmwares. It will actually install the older versions that don't have the bug. I had no issues doing it.
  3. see https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=1028090 It fixed it for me ... download earlier version of iCue and it will have an older version of the firmware baked in .. force install even if it says you already have the latest version
  4. Sorry, I was wrong on this .. I clicked "force update" and it did install the earlier version ... thank you for your help .. very much appreciated :)
  5. I just get a message saying that I'm already running the latest version of the firmwares. I don't have an option to change it (at least without a firmware image file).
  6. According to another thread downgrading to an older version of the firmware seems to fix the problem .. can you please make an older version available until you figure it out properly. Thanks.
  7. See also: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=191932 Mouse is fairly useless until this is fixed.
  8. maybe it's just me, but where do you download 3.21.88 and firmware images?
  9. Yes, turning off and on again fixes it. It happens about every 30 mins for me.
