  1. Many of their lcd screens and firmware failed from the start. The LCD on my pump ony works until Icue is booted up and then its a jumbled mess. As a work station I couldnt afford to RMA and have my system down for that long so I just deal with it. Sometimes I get lucky and just get the red exclamation point. The rest of the time its a jumbled mess. This maybe the last straw from corsair for me. I entire build is corsair so making the change will be hard but if this is the quality we get from Corsair and this support site than it is something I think alot of people should look into. Mainly with them not supporting windows RGB control system.
  2. I also got that issue. There are some major issues with the Ique software. My LCD screen on my AIO is bugging out on even the hardware setting. There needs to be far more testing done on the software before it gets released. It has gotten soo bad that I am converting my Pure Corsair build (every part other then my GPU and CPU are corsair) To something else that is far more stable. I used to suggest corsair to everyone and now I only advise non RGB parts from them.
  3. I was able to get it to show a static image for when windows doesnt detect it but even that is terrible. The image is choppy and and shaky. I thought about RMA it but to be honest it is just less trouble to go out and buy a new AIO or going back to my old cooler master AIO that never gave me even a but of trouble.
  4. So after a long 3 days of testing it seems the issue is that it doesnt detect Ique is running. If I set the hardware settings for when Icue is not running it shows fine but nothing else works.
  5. Yes I have tried all of this and even am in the process of doing an analysis the way the program works. Turning off voice prompts stops the voice but the tones of it connecting and disconnecting the mic are still there. To the point that I was told to go buy a new headset or I was going to be fired. I opened a ticket when this first happened and it was closed with no outcome. Didn't really leave me with great hope for them.
  6. Ok this is getting out of hand. It has not started doing it for 3 minutes at a time and soo loud I had to toss them across the room and they left ringing in my ears. Cant say this is leaving me with a great outlook on their audio hardware. The software is already buggy.
  7. I have the same case and will be changing the case. I would get something that you know will do you for years to come. So I would go with the 4000x. That is one of the ones on my list. But then again I am also looking at building my own that will have adjustable parts so you can put the system showing from either side depending on the orientation of your desk.
  8. Too bad that the software doesnt turn back on properly in some cases after sleep where I have to restart IQue. So now I just shut the whole pc down.
  9. Seems ique is dropping the mic volume when discord starts for me. I have to go in and raise the volume every time.
  10. The latest update has caused an issue with macros getting messed up. I have to redo them every day. Even to the point I had to swap keyboard makers (LG) just so I can be sure my keyboard will work in the office.
  11. It happens to me as well. I can even Almost crash IQue on command with just moving the macros around in the list.
  12. Sorry I forgot to say that it was already up to date. Its happening again as we speak.
  13. Mine will constantly do it some times. I will be playing a game and it will keep repeating "Mic on". It has gotten so bad that I have tossed them across the room and went back to a $5 pair of wired headphones until I can get a better wireless pair. I have a feeling the issue is with the cheap wireless dongle.
  14. Ill be honest the armor crate is very limited to the point that I would do without the lights if I was forced to use that software. I really dont find them too expensive but I am sure that is subjective. Aura is just terrible software, really. even the coding is such a mess im amazed it works.
  15. I truly think the time of single minded purpose if over. We need an universal setup for controlling RGB headers all around. A universal open source software that can be fixed on the fly. I know this has not been in the plans for years but with the days of incompatibility right around the corner. Corsair would be foolish not to look at it and keep it in mind.
