I recently bought a corsair harpoon, using the 2.4ghz dongle it worked just fine but trying to use it via bluetooth with windows and it would not appear or pair. I tried to use bluetooth with Ubuntu and it worked so I know for a fact that the mouse is not faulty. I there a driver in windows that i must install before using bluetooth? Thanks. -
Hola buenas tardes (o noche, dependiendo la zona horaria) tengo un problema con la actualizacion de Icue, con mi mouse Corsair Harpoon Rgb Pro y los botones 4 y 5, ocupo el rgb para detectar temperaturas del procesador, y los botones los ocupo generalmente en juegos como ArmA 3, War Thunder, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, etc, y no tenia ningun tipo de problema hasta que actualice el software, practicamente no me reconoce los botones y no puedo hacer uso de los mismos, tengo que cerrar la aplicacion y recien en ese momento puedo ocupar los botones, necesito saber a quien dirigirme para saber alguna solucion, muchas gracias al lector de este post

So, sometimes my harpoon's mouse buttons tend to work, and then other times they don't.. I have tried: -Uninstalling and reinstalling iCUE -Soft resetting my mouse -Using it without iCUE installed when i bind on fortnite, it usually will register as TMB (thumb mouse button) 4 and 5, but currently, it's binding just the back one as TMB... i also use the mouse buttons to navigate google.. back one for prev page and front for fwrd page.. so i'm wondering if this is a programming issue or..?? please help thank you, this is an ongoing issue for months. edit: it also takes multiple clicks for it to register..

I have been using Corsair Harpoon RGB Gaming Mouse for more than 2 years. The buttons are working fine as well as the RGB logo. But the problem is, I cannot scroll with its scroll wheel. But I can tap it (like pinging enemies in Apex Legends). Again, I feel smooth when rolling the scroll wheel. I can't go out to fix this problem. So, I gotta fix it inside my home by myself. So, please help me fix it. :confused:

Whenever I use my Harpoon wireless, it stutters and stops working. happens every couple of seconds. Not sure whether it's the sensor having tracking issues, or if it's a communication issue. :[pouts: Just wondering if this is a problem anyone else has had, or if anyone has any suggestions

I have a macro that presses Ctrl Shift M; and usually bind it to the DPI toggle of my harpoon mouse however recently hitting F1 is prompting this key press. Even if I disable the mapping to the dpi button or remove the macro (whilst still in the library), F1 is still triggering the combo. The only way to remove the bug is to remove the macro entirely (copying and removing works) or to stop the iCue service. NOTE: Hitting other F keys has caused other macros to fire off that they're not associated with but most common issue when I hit F1.
