If FW 2.03 was a public firmware release, Put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether they can give it you.

I guess not, tbh this is just ridiculous, one of the latest mouse. And still rgb colors problems.

This problem with colors and the 2.04 FW was supposed to be a bug that should be easy to fix, but here we are, 8 months later with the same buggy FW.

Guys at Corsair idk what are you thinking when you decide not to take care of problems like these.

These are the details that make your customers go away. I'm THIS close to sell my k70 + Sabre RGB and buy some Logitech peripherals, never had troubles with those.

What a shame.

I am fairly certain that at this point it is a hardware issue that they are not telling us about. I actually was able to downgrade to 2.03 without any help from support. Their new support portal is terrible. They wanted me to RMA it, and then after using the live chat they told me they would contact technical.... and never got back to me. I am really annoyed with them.

But I got it working fine with firmware version 2.03 and figured out the problem with the colors on the dpi indicator light. So I am just going to leave it alone for now.

So how about just making the 2.03 firmware public, Corsair? Seeming as the mouse might just not get a fix any time soon?

And i'm inclined to agree with previous statements, for a mouse costing upwards of 60,- I expect it to work. Not either blue screen my pc into oblivion (CUE update) or simply handicap some functionality (Sabre RGB lights).

As with all of our products, firmware files are not available publicly on our website. If you want to rollback to 2.03, you can put in a ticket through the support site, and one of our Technical Support staff can provide it to you.

We are working on a 2.05 release, and as mentioned before, we can't provide any details about the feature set.

Well thanks for the answer, finally after months and months, I hope to see the 2.05 fw really really soon.

Thanks.

Guys? Over a Year now, Version 2.05 of the Sabre was "right away the corner" what happened to this?

We need an updated version of the Firmware where the LED colors are not ****ed up.

Can we get an ETA?

Thanks.

Any news on that 2.05 release, or is it called the Dark Core RGB?

I get that schedules can't always be kept its difficult but this is getting into ridiculous territory. And I know you personally can't help it but could you contact someone that is working on said problem and ask for a status update?

Guys from Corsair, more than a year now, and still no fix for the wrong colors on the Sabre?

Still on firmware 2.04.

When are we gonna see Firmware 2.05 with a fix? If I select white light, the "white" in 2.04 is literally blue.

Can we have an update please?

I think it's an issue with the LEDs on your mouse, not the firmware. Try just incrementally lowering the white color a lower blue value and it may alleviate the issue. Something like 255/255/170

That's not the issue, with Firmware 2.03 white is pure white. 255 255 255 as it should be.

We need a 2.05 firmware update with a fix.

Daily bump, I will bump this thread until someone from corsair replies.

Corsair Henry told us in OCTOBER 2016, almost two years Corsair...that a fix was on the way, two years.

Do we really need to make this poor customer experience public on reddit (not the Corsair subreddit) and in every site in order to gain attention?

Another bump, we will keep bumping this thread.

We need Sabre RGB Firmware 2.05 with a proper fix for light issues.
