Question Is there any chance I can get two keycaps to fix this?

My k65 just arrived and the WASD keys that should be gray, aren't, well at least not exactly, this is how it came:

I have contacted Corsair on facebook (I live in Brazil) and also made a ticket on their support.

My question is, is there any chance they will send me two keycaps (one so I can switch the black W to gray, and other so I can switch the gray E to black) or I'll most likely have to do all that boring RMA stuff just because of two keycaps?

I have no spare keyboard at the moment and I would really appreciate if I can fix this without having to send my keyboard and/or wait for another one.

(They haven't answered me yet on both places so I thought I'd might ask here what are the odds for that to happen and, incase they're too low, start doing the boring RMA stuff right away)

They will probably just send you the 2 keycaps. They are generous. I had issues with my 2-year-old H110 CPU backplate (the mounting screws were spinning inside of it), and since it's an accessory to the main product (the cooler itself) they just sent me a new backplate.
