TalesFromHoth Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 So they did show up in a past version, but I decided to try out the Beta with the single slipstream dongle. Everything worked there as well, but I went back to the prod version 3.27.68 and now the headset won't show up. I disconnected the unified slipstream mode and it updated the firmware on my mouse in the beta version. The headset still works in Windows using both wired and wireless. I'm guessing that the Beta version installed a firmware that the prod version of iCue doesn't detect. If so how do I downgrade the firmware on my headset? Thank you for the assistance.
