Corsair Employee Corsair Albert Posted November 24, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 24, 2020 Hi You can perform a reset on your HARPOON RGB WIRELESS with the following steps: Turn off your wireless mouse.Hold down the left and right mouse buttons.While holding down the mouse buttons, turn the mouse back on.After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully. If your issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, they'll be able to help you answer any other questions and troubleshoot if necessary.
