My Virtuoso seem to work good except for two things (i only have them for for four days) 1, after playing for a while they'll turn off, seems like i'm not moving my head enough? I wouldn't think so... 2, USB dongle blinks red for about 10 minutes, during this time, headset works 100% and so does icue. What is the red light trying to tell me? Thanks! 5mall5nail5 Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 Can you get older versions? I have a work laptop that I installed iCUE on 3.22.74 and it works great. White LED on dongle. Move the dongle to my desktop 3.26.95 and it flashes red for a while and turns off.
