Starayo Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 Just got my (Wireless) Void yesterday, it's working fine as far as the plug and play aspect. Both headphones and mic working okay. However, I installed the CUE software to use its more advanced functions and the void is not detected - the device and profiles sections are greyed out and at one point it popped up a window saying no device was detected.
