Void Pro RGB Wireless Audio cutting out massively

So I got a new headset which is the Void Pro and about a day after I got it whenever I have a game open and a video, such as Youtube the audio completely cuts out and then a single frame of audio plays every couple of seconds. This also pauses and reverses the video that was playing. I'm not sure what the cause is. Have restarted my computer, changed USB plugs and dusted inputs and fans.

I also have this issue and have been trying to troubleshoot it. I had some success using the USB 2.0 ports on my PC for the receiver rather than the 3.0 ports.

Same issue here. Yesterday the headset was unusable for me and very frustrating. It would cut out mid sentence whilst I was talking to people and it would also cut in and out when they were talking. I unplugged the receiver and plugged it in 2 different USB ports, checked for updates and ensured everything is up to date and I still have issues. It was that bad that I had to revert to discord on my phone just so I could play online games with my friends. I'm seriously considering getting rid of this headset and going to something more reliable as I'm not getting anywhere with it lately.
