PintasBoss Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 I placed an order on 30/11/2019 on the Corsair website and I ended up using the guest checkout , I thought I would get an e-mail confirming my order so I can track the order status and what not. The transaction is pending so I know the order went through but having no confirmation or proof that I ordered it is slightly worrying. Can anybody help? Inheritance Posted December 17, 2019 Share Posted December 17, 2019 The system had an oopsy due to volume and some confirmation email didnt get sent. They should have received your order.
