King0fgames
Hi all, does anyone have info on the most recent revision this Dom Plat RGB 4x16 3000 c15 kit is shipping with? Can't find any info. I would assume it's the same as a 2x16gb kit with the same latency, but I can't find any info about that either. Anything would be great, cheers. emissary42
The answer is probably the same the thread right below yours: We do not manufacture individual memory kits depending on what memory ICs are used. Instead the memory ICs used depends on availability at the time of manufacturing. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showpost.php?p=1068265&postcount=

That still doesn't tell me what revision they're using, which is what I asked.
Infin1tum
It doesn't matter what other use. You will get a kit that is capable of running the advertised speed with any available IC at the time of manufacturing.
emissary42
Just asking someone with that kit, won't give you a definite answer. Somebody could have gotten one type of IC and another one a different type and both would not necessarily have to be what you would get, since there is just too many options to build specs like that from.
