hawktalk
Hello all, recently I've been noticing my mouse takes multiple attempts to get it to respond. To be exact its the scroll wheel button playing up. I browse the web a lot always opening interesting pages in new windows I also use the same button to close pages quickly today its not been responsive and I'm pretty sure its not my pc having a slow day. Everything else on the mouse works like the day I had it, anybody else had/have this problem? could it be due to dust?
JalYt_Justin
If you're clicking it down, and you hear the actual click of it, and it's not responding, then you might want to shoot Corsair James a message on the forums or contact support. You may have just gotten a defective mouse if it's not responding. You could try cleaning out any dust that might have gotten in there (i.e. compressed air) but there's no guarantees that it'll work correctly afterwards, meaning you'll have to get a hold of Corsair. hawktalk
yea I can hear the click but nothing happens you have to press quite hard for it to work. Shame really had it nearly a year and its been a fantastic gaming mouse.
