Thumbs down $20 Corsair Mastercard Mail-In Rebate Issue

I'm unable to activate my $20 mail-in rebate corsair master-card via the website "login.wirecard.com" says I need to contact a live agent, so when calling "1-888-471-3662" it still says it can't be auto activated and I need to talk to a live agent, odd but ok sure, but I'm put on hold for almost 4 hrs and gave up, tied other times/days, seems like the call centre is not being maned and they just have callers put on hold without saying either they are actually closed.
I want to be able to use this money already been wait so long, it's turning into a big hassle and this is why people hate "mail in rebates" booooo also your resellers need to get their advertising straight.
