Default Lighting issue

Hello for couple weeks i have the k95 rgb platinum keyboard.
Love the keyboard, but i have some issue with the lighting.

when i set example profile 1 the lighting, and set the light on static, the letter C becomes a little blue, when i choose white color
repro :

- open software
- choose profile 1,2 or 3
- click lighting effect
- select static color
- add color code R 225, G 255, B 225 ( white color )
- result is Key ''C'' is light blue, while the rest of the keys are white
It looks like the letter ''C'' is on every color what i am changing a little darker, its not the same as other keys

Already tried
remove software, restart pc, reinstall software, no luck

How can i fixxed this ?

Thank you

Regards

have you tried cleaning it?.. dust and debris is known to sit over the individual colour part of the RGB LED.. remove key cap and hold down the pin and blow air in there.. could even try turning the keyboard upside down to try and dislodge it.... worth the try dude.....
