igreen
I have a corsair K95 RGB keyboard. Just recently the CUE icon in the system tray popped up and asked me if I want to do an update. I accepted. As soon as it was done I got a BSOD. The screen dump pointed to volsnap.sys. The error type was 7e.I am running windows 7 64 bit, with SSD and 32gb ram.Does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you

igreen
Thank you. The system did not allow me to attach the dump file as is, so I zipped it. I have attached a zip version of my dump file.022516-20794-01.zip
Inheritance
Does this happen every time you try to accept an update to CUE?
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted February 26, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 26, 2016 According to your dump file, the BSOD was caused by volsnap.sys (Volume Shadow Copy Driver): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_Copy This is going to be a system related issue, not CUE.
