First of all you have to work out how many 'frames' you want the animation to go through. Divide up the space there into your frames, Then all the time does is decide how much time between each frame.
Also, for pixel stuff, use solid. Its wayyy faster

Yea, pretty much Start at the top and follow the column down, the top of the Pacman open mouth sprite is actually skewed to make up for it.

I think the latest firmware/CUE update broke this.. it just tells me i already have a certain thing and asks if i want to add as new or update...but it asks me for literally like 500 things lol

he made this on the old CUE.

Make sure its unzipped from .zip folder then use the Import button in CUE (when you're on the Profiles tab) to locate the .prf
