Default Local warranty provider didn't accept my Corsair HS70 Wireless headset because there

Hello a few weeks ago my Corsair HS70 headset stopped working. When i connect it with cable, i can see that light on the headset lights on, but on the iCUE it says not connected. So i contact with local warranty provider in Istanbul and send my headset there. They contact with me and said "there is no S/N Number on the USB Dongle, we can't send your headset to Corsair because of that" and send my headset back. when i check the USB Dongle Serial Number part was really empty. What should i supposed to do now? its been only couple of months since i buy it.
