Default Corsair 1000D and EVGA 2080 FTW3 Super Compatibility?

Hi all, I'm thinking about purchasing the 1000D Corsair case and putting a new system together.

I currently have an EVGA 2080 FTW3 Super graphics card, and I had tried to get it into a Cosmos c700M, but it didn't fit in that case's vertical mount, or in the standard pci brackets due to the 3 pronged large bracket on the back of the graphics card.

I like the 1000D case better than the CM one I just returned. The 1000D looks much more sturdy and sleek.

So, would this graphics card fit in the vertical, and traditional gpu mounts regarding the 1000D case?

Please let me know, thanks in advance!
