Glaive right click issue (unregistering)

Hello everyone,

I have an annoying issue with my new glaive mouse. When playing assassins' creed odyssey (the only game I play in the last year or so) I need to press and hold the right click in order to tag enemies, and the problem is that the right click always get unregistered even when I hold it firmly. It goes on and off..sometimes I can hold it for a long time before it happens and sometimes it happend within a second.

I also have another logitech mouse and this doesn't happen with it, only with the glaive. What could be the issue? Does enabling "Button response optimization" in Icue software could help?

This is a new mouse and it works perfectly except this issue.
