Ups is charging me 20$ for import fee and brokerage. shouldnt this be free? 15$ if i pay online before delivery. i gave ups a call and they said if this was sent via air it would be free, because it is by land i have to pay it? i already spent 20$ to ship it back to corsair from canada and i have to spend another 20$ to get it back? that is ridiculous. i paid 80$ for this mouse and now brand new is about 50$. this is plainly stupid. It came up as a surprise for us too when we heard this feedback from customers. Our Logistics team is aware of this and trying to fix this for our customers. If you would like, if you pay for the import fee, please attach both the shipping and the receiving invoices and I help compensate for the charges. I was told by ups to contact corsair so you can give them a call and need to give an authorization to shoulder the fees before delivery. Are you able to do that?
