I send in an RMA request -- kudos for the quick response time at least. Request is approved -- but to get my replacement you're making me pay shipping to send the defective item in?!?!?!? Please explain why I should pay shipping for something that was beyond my control?!?!? Considering the mouse broke so quickly I don't see why I should continue throwing money at it.
