bluestroke Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 Hi, i just got my new k70 rgb keyboard, when i'm launching CUE it says "Device is not connected" and i cannot enter profile section, also a firmware update is coming up and stuck at 0% for ever. I've re-installed CUE, switched from USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 Seems like I cannot fix it, would be very boaring to send this back and buy a Razor Chroma keyboard :(: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can usually find them on your motherboard manufacturer's website.
