centers
I just bought a M65 RGB and a K70 RGB. While the M65 RGB works perfectly with Corsair Utility Enginge, I cannot get the K70 to work. It looks like my computer recognizes the K70 RGB ( screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/3q4xRvu.png ) but for some reason it refuses to show up in CUE ( screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/xuyD2Xe.png ). I tried uninstalling old drivers, reinstalling CUE (newest version), installing CUE (older version), switching out USB ports, changing the polling setting, and making some BIOS changes (like disabling legacy support). I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit. My event viewer has zero errors and Device Manager recognizes that I have a keyboard installed (I'm actually using it right now). Anyone know how I can get this to woork in CUE?
toastiesyay
I was having a similar problem originally. Starting out, I was putting both of the cords into a USB 2.0 port, which made it not show up right. After some tinkering, I tried just the cord labeled with the KB on the side into a USB 3.0 port and it worked perfectly. Give that a try.
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted November 16, 2014 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 16, 2014 Try what toastiesyay suggested. Also, see if any other system will detect the keyboard too just to see if its an issue with the OS or if its with the keyboard itself.
