Henmen
I feel like my temps are higher then they should be. I just replaced my thermal paste and I am still maxing out in OCCT at 88C after only 4 minutes. I am only running stock on the cpu (i7 3960x) right now and the voltage at the highest was around 1.34V. I'm using a corsair case with it at the front using two corsair fans pushing the air into the case.
c-attack
We need to know what happens to the coolant temperature (H115i Temp) when you are idle on the desktop or running a stress test. A normal change might be +6-7C in coolant rise, which is then additive to CPU temp. Most people have a resting coolant temp of +4-7C above their room temperature. If you are seeing coolant temps in the 40C+ range when the CPU is idle, that suggests a problem.
