Unfortunately, there isn't another way apart from calling customer service and asking for a advanced RMA.

It is for your protection to call in for an advance RMA because customer service requires a credit card for a hold to be placed in order to ship the product out first. This information would not be secure if you were to pass it to them in email.

Well I ended up asking for an advanced RMA since I can't be without headphones because of how many games I play require good hearing.
