Question Vengeance RGB Pro Icue Problem

I have a very strange problem with Vengeance RGB Pro in Icue.
I have 2 modules of Corsair Vengeance LED CMU32GX4M2C3000C15
and recently add 2 modules of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro CMW32GX4M2C3000C15. And the problem begins.
I'm currently using ASUS Maximus Hero XI with z390 chipset.
1. In icue i can only see 1 memory Vengeance LED CMU32GX4M2C3000C15 but in Aida64 everything is ok. First Picture.
2. Sometimes on Vengeance RGB Pro i cannot change lightning on one or on both memory slots. Watch second picture. Sometimes leds of 1st memory working only in software control, sometimes not. Sometimes both f them working only in software or not working at all.
I tried to change slots and only once they working. My memory inserted like
1 slot- Corsair Vengeance LED CMU32GX4M2C3000C15
2 slot - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
3 slot- Corsair Vengeance LED CMU32GX4M2C3000C15
4 slot - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
But if look at picture 3 you will see that the program shows my slots incorrectly memory RGB Pro inserted in slots 2-4 but program shows slots 3-4. I tired of investigation problems. Maybe there are some hacks cheats) or something i paid a lot of money for this memory and it doesn't work properly. And I cannot return it to Amazon because i'm not living in the USA. My sister brought it into my country because we don't have 16gb of this memory in one module. Sorry for English.
