10 days and no updates on ticket

Hey all,

 

I submitted a ticket on 18/5/20 (2001199708) re a PSU issue and haven't heard anything back. Then when I try to log into my account it says it doesn't exist. Nice touch.

 

I also logged a ticket (2001210053) on the 23/5/20 and nothing since.

 

The PSU one is important if someone could take a look.

I know how you feel! I had a lot of respect for Corsair. JonnyGURRU stands by Corsair and gives in depth reviews, the heart of a computer opened & explained.

 

When the public shares the experience or the public searches the Corsair Forum, its evidence. Corsair has many problems with Power Supply ( Supplies PSU ).

 

If the company doesn't respond to the consumer, its a loss for the company. Spending big dollars for a warranty is not worth it. Reading Reviews from an active Corsair Community Forum is now worth nothing to me. I'm ticked off with the PSU, Corsair Support and finding JonnyGurru just basically spamming good reviews.

 

I don't know what it will take me to change my thoughts about Corsair, but they better come up with something quick, finger is on the send button for all the media.
