Apoll-0 Posted March 18, 2020 Share Posted March 18, 2020 Hello. I have a void pro headset that doesn't work and the wire heats up when plugged in. My RMA was approved and I sent the headset to corsair through USPS and my tracking number says it was delivered. It has almost been a month since Corsair got my return and I have yet to receive anything back. The emails I have said it might take one to two weeks but this is just crazy since I have also got a replacement for a broken fitting and it took a week and a half to come. Apparently I am also supposed to get an email when the package is received and I haven't received that email yet so I have no idea what to do.
