Kwolves21 Posted October 16, 2019 Share Posted October 16, 2019 I have had this keyboard for 2-3 years now and I have always had an occasional issue with it connecting/disconnecting but recently it is almost non stop. I have tried making sure the firmware is up to date through iCue, repaired iCue, uninstalled and reinstalled iCue, as well as reset the keyboard by unplugging it and holding down the ESC key while plugging it back in for 30 seconde until it flashes and resets. The problem still persists though after all of this. I then tried the keyboard on another computer and it has the same issues on the second computer as well. Windows updates are current as i checked to verify by checking for updates at 2 different times today. Any advice I can try that I havent already??
