Sutbags
Hello, I have just built a new PC with a H100x cooler. The Bios and the MB software is showing the pump speed at 4060 rpm. I have looked for info on the cooler and found that the max rpm for the pump should only be in the 2000s. I have it fitted to the correct connection on the MB so I know that isn't the problem, the two fan speeds are normal at around 600 rpm. I know on this model that you can't adjust the speed of the pump but 4000 seems well excessive ..... any help appreciated.
Corsair Employee Corsair Elito Posted February 19, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 19, 2020 Hi, The pump speed is read as a double readout, Every revolution is counted as 2 revolutions hence double the count, it's actually at 2030 RPM. if you use iCUE it will give you an accurate readout.
