c-attack Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 Corsair does not specify on their site, but if you can figure out the supplier (Hynix, Samsung, etc) you might be able to find an exact number. Either way the range is usually in the 85-105C range, similar to max temps for other motherboard components like the VRM. Obviously at 50-something Celsius, you have a lot head room. No matter the exact limit, once you get near 75-80C you should set up some direct cooling. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
emissary42 Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 The viable temperature range also depends on settings for some ICs, so the actual limit can be lower than what the ICs are speficied for by their DRAM manufacturer.
