Question Problem Headset

Hello, I have a headset Vengeance 1300 and am having it is a possible problem. Evenwhen I'm with the option to cut the voice / mute the microphone selected, you can stillhear what I'm doing or listening. I wonder what it's about the problem and would also likesolutions, all of its products suffer the same problem? I await response. Regards

That would be something with the Audio settings on your sound card this head set is analog so it is on your sound card.
