Question New SP2500 Not "turning on"

I recently purchased a SP2500 set (Love how great they looked) and it arrived today! It saddens me to say but after an hour of trouble shooting the control pod will not turn on.

I have read every 2500 thread on here and I only see that it either stays blank or turns white (at times). Mine doesn't do anything. Press the power button and ...nothing.

I plugged the main power connecter in a wall outlet and my surge protector just for good measures. Still nothing.

Please help! I have already sent out an RMA, but of course being super excited to test these bad boys out, I am looking for any help before I have to wait the "24 hours."

Thanks in advance!

I have not seen that happen but it could be the POD control or the power supply and I think you are speaking with one of Tech's so I am sure we will get it sorted out.

Couldn't ask for a better response time on Corsairs end. Love this company!
