BillNaai Posted October 17, 2020 Share Posted October 17, 2020 I purchased my AX860i second hand from a reputable person, all was working his side. However now that Ive installed it in my computer the AX860i does not show up in corsair link or iCue software. Ive reinstalled the cable (the link cable) multiple times and check all connections, still nothing. It is plugged into a usb header on my mobo. Help please? It's a small unit that interfaces the PSU with RGB etc If he didn't, he wouldn't be able to plug it into a USB header. :D If he didn't have the dongle, he would plug it directly into an H100i (if that's what he was using). OP: I have to ask again.. ARE YOU SURE, the PSU isn't showing up in device manager? Like under "other devices"? If you ARE using the dongle, is the status LED on it lit up?
