So after recently creating a new Windows User on my system and installing iCue for them, when I turn my computer on my mouse sensitivity is super high, I believe it's what they have it set to by default. It stays this way until I unplug and replug my mouse sometimes, or sometimes it will just start working when I open iCue, even though the service starts in the background. What can I do about this? c-attack Posted September 14, 2019 Share Posted September 14, 2019 Presumably you have a Corsair mouse or this won't be an iCUE setting. Based on the model, you may be able to save your own DPI settings to the hardware that will be in place until the software loads.
