omgblurs
I'm not 100% if this problem is the H115i Pro or my Commander Pro. Last week I installed some braided PSU cables and after I finished the set up, and booted my computer. I noticed in iCUE that my H115i Pro disappeared from there. I also observed that my Commander Pro, only shows me the Lighting Setup section, and not the Performance where my fan curve settings were. I tried reseating the USB cable one the cooler, I swapped USB ports on the Commander pro where the H115i is hooked into. I also swapped the USB port on the Motherboard where the Commander Pro was hooked up. All had the same results. Currently running latest version of iCUE 3.4.95 and Commander Pro is on firmware v 0.08.210. On a Win10 64-bit PC. I can provide more info upon request. DevBiker
So ... the performance tab issue is a known issue with the current build. See http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=178727. As for the H115i PRO ... if it's still not showing up after restarting iCue, check to see if Windows "sees" it using USBDeView (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html). You can also try swapping out cables and using a standard microUSB to connect to a different port. Also, make sure that Windows Fast Start is disabled and, in your BIOS, that Fast Start is disabled and XHCI Handoff is enabled.

I fired it up and found the H115i, but it was disabled for some odd reason. A simple right click and selecting Enable Device, fixed everything. iCUE picked it up AND the commander Pro got it's other tabs back (Performance and Graphing). DevBiker
Question: Are you running EVGA XOC? We've not heard about it recently but I do know that there have historically been some issues, specifically with the RGB Sync effect. That would actually wind up disabling the driver. omgblurs
I do have it installed, but I stopped using it about 3 months ago.
bogometer
I have the same problem. The H115i platinum stopped showing up in iCue. usbdeview sees it and the device is green. I uninstalled, killed the registry key, reinstalled no joy. I changed the USB motherboard header and restart. No joy. UPDATE. I was using remote desktop to access the machine (it runs headless). NO CORSAIR DEVICES WILL SHOW IN ICUE WHEN YOU DO THIS. Use teamviewer (or something like that) or a physical connection. The thing is working perfectly. DOH! Kicks self.
