djase
Hello, I've managed to fix the sound problem that's cutting out. I've changed the time before the headset turn off to 20 minutes in ICue, and for over two weeks now, no more worries. :D:
Lauren
Going to give this a go because last week my headset constantly cutting sound out. Edit: This didn't work for me but the solution I found was taking my wireless dongle out and plugging it into a USB HUB rather than directly into the PC. Edit 2: This lasted 3 hours. Crackling/cutting is back Edited December 3, 2020 by Lauren

Crackling/cutting is back Hi Laura, It might be worth trying a reset with your headset. To reset the VIRTUOSOS: Make sure your headset is in USB mode and your computer is turned on.Plug the headset into your computer with a USB Type C-A cable.Unplug the headset from your computer.Unplug the headset dongle from your computer.Plug the dongle back into your computer.Make sure your headset is in USB mode, then plug your headset back into your computer.Leave your headset plugged in for 15 minutes so the battery can reach minimum charge.See if your headset works as normal. If that does not remedy your issue, I suggest contacting our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, they'll be able to take care of you.
