Technimatik Posted September 24, 2020 Share Posted September 24, 2020 Hey Forum, Just bought an Harpoon Wireless Mouse a few hours back. Started installing the device immediately, however the dongle doesn't seem to work. I have already tried using a different device (My laptop) and checked the usb ports. Also tried following the steps in the installation folder, but those are very simple and clear. the dongle should work immediately when the mice turn on to 2.4 Ghz mode, however when I plug in the dongle, windows doesn't even make the "connected" sound. I am assuming that the dongle is busted and would have to return the mouse, however I wanted to check if I might be missing some issue here. Thanks in advance, M.
