Just a really minor and petty point - 8G x 4 = 32G, but you say 16G. Won't make a scrap of difference to your question though !! To me that looks like you will be fine from a power point of view with that PSU, but others who know better than I do may have the other view !!!! Personally I always go for overkill on my PSUs. Current daily drive has 1000W and my new project build will have a 1200W. Way more than I need, but I've had issues with PSUs overloading in the past so now I try hard to avoid that. Yeah that's because I took the details from my build at the store and it was 2 packs of 8GBx2 (16GB) so I just wrote 8GBx4.
