Got my prepaid label too but it had my address and Corsair's address partially intermixed. Sent a note to RMA so hopefully get a corrected label soon,,, no biggie.
I appreciate the effort Corsair is putting forth to correct the issues.

My RMA 'was approved
6/7/2011
but did not receive the prepaid label
I sent an email at this time to rma @ corsair

when i'm in my case there's no button to submit again the rma or some form to write message. (i can only submit a new RMA, but i can't update this rma)

Got the label today. Thanks again for the fast response. Unlike some of the other people on the forum I'm not experiencing any issues so far but I will still go ahead and RMA the drive.

Since I'm actually using the drive is there a ETA on when the new ones will be coming in? Thank you again.

Only the ssd.


I received my confirmation mail yesterday. I hope it's not a problem that I had to write the address by hand on the package.

However, great and fast support by Corsair. I know why I get a lot of Corsair products for my new PC

Quick question,

When is it safe to order new Force 3 120GB SSDs, specifically in Europe?

Will the new version have a different part number so you can verify the revision?

I got my nertherland adress RMA label now but still waitung for
"Corsair will cover freight costs. We will be in contact with you within 24 hours to arrange this shipment. "

one thing i can´t find: are there NOW working drives is netherland?
or should i wait ?
