H115i not recognized in iCue

Heya Folks!

 

So my H115i is no longer recognized in iCue and therefor i can't read out Temps or change the fan speed etc.

 

I tried several things to fix this, so what did i do so far:

- checked the USB port, it works so no changes

- checked the driver in Windows, seems fine

- checked hardware compatibility, seems also fine

- reinstalled iCue and CL4, together iCue says there is no device and CL4 says

my H115i is controlled via iCue, separated both can't find a device

- reinstalled the driver, no changes

- deactivated the h115i in devices manager, no changes

- updated Windows, no changes

- deleted the .LOG and .Config files in CL4. no changes

- swapped the USB Port, no changes

- swapped to an external port with another cable, no changes

 

So at the moment i really don't know what to do with it, i ticketed CS and am waiting for them.

 

So anyone got a suggestion what i could do or what i missed to do?

 

btw. my Pc specs are:

Ryzen 7 1700x on Crosshair 6 Hero

Windows 10 for Workstation version 1803 build 17134.345
